Our Open Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM (Closed 12PM-1PM for lunch). Note we are closed on Friday. Portal messages are not monitored outside of business hours, we will respond within 2 business days. My Medications tab is the fastest way to request a prescription refill, submit earlier in the week to avoid weekend delays.
NEW POLICY: 3 forms (The Medical Symptom Questionnaire, the Women's/Men's Health Questionnaire, and the Appointment Update Questionnaire) all need to be filled out and SUBMITTED at LEAST 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment with Dr. Engels. If these forms are not submitted on time, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
